Flourish includes clinically informed assessment and guidance, but it is not a hospital-style medical retreat or acute rehabilitation service. It is designed for stable, proactive adults who want to support healthy ageing in a premium retreat setting.
Who is Flourish designed for?
Flourish is designed for adults aged 50+ who value independence, movement, health, lifestyle quality and practical guidance for ageing well.
Can my partner attend with me?
Yes. Flourish includes a companion pathway for spouses or partners who want to share the retreat experience without completing the full primary guest programme.
How long is the retreat?
The flagship Flourish retreat is designed as a 14-day / two-week experience.
Where will Flourish be held?
The founding retreat is being developed in the Philippines, combining premium destination hospitality with Australian-led healthy ageing expertise.
Will I receive a personalised plan?
Primary guests are expected to receive a personal Flourish plan, helping translate retreat insights into practical next steps for life after the retreat.
Do I need to be fit to attend?
You do not need to be highly fit, but Flourish is best suited to stable adults who can safely participate in a structured retreat environment. A suitability process will help determine whether the retreat is appropriate.
Is this an anti-ageing retreat?
No. Flourish does not use anti-ageing promises or miracle claims. The focus is healthy ageing, function, confidence and practical support for daily life.
